By using Smut2epub, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What Smut2epub Is

Smut2epub is a conversion tool for public, readable web pages. It can create EPUB, PDF, or Kindle-ready EPUB files from supported story, fanfiction, web fiction, public-domain book, and article URLs that you submit.

Smut2epub is not a story archive, publisher, file-sharing service, or content host. Third-party content remains on the original source websites and belongs to its respective authors, publishers, platforms, and rightsholders.

2. Personal, Non-Commercial Use Only

You may use Smut2epub only for personal, non-commercial offline reading. You may not use Smut2epub to redistribute, republish, upload, sell, share publicly, or commercially exploit downloaded or converted content.

You agree to use the service only with content you are allowed to access and save. You must respect copyright law, source-site terms of service, community rules, and author or publisher rights.

3. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use Smut2epub and any files you create with it. You are responsible for confirming that your use is legal, authorized, and consistent with the rules that apply to you and to the source website.

If you are unsure whether saving a particular work is allowed, do not use Smut2epub for that work unless you have confirmed that your use is permitted.

4. Prohibited Uses

  • Do not use Smut2epub for illegal activity.
  • Do not use Smut2epub to bypass paywalls, DRM, access controls, or source-site restrictions.
  • Do not use Smut2epub to download content you are not allowed to access.
  • Do not redistribute, sell, repost, or publicly share converted files without permission from the relevant rightsholder.
  • Do not abuse, overload, scrape, or attack the service or source websites.
  • Do not remove copyright notices, author attribution, or source attribution from converted files.

5. No Hosting or Content Control

Smut2epub does not host, store, verify, publish, or control third-party stories or articles. The service processes URLs that users submit and attempts to convert publicly readable content into a personal-use file.

Because third-party content comes from source websites outside our control, Smut2epub is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, completeness, or copyright status of any source content.

6. Copyright and Source-Site Concerns

Smut2epub claims no ownership over third-party content converted through the service. If you believe content on a source website infringes your rights, contact the platform that hosts that content. Smut2epub cannot remove content from third-party websites because it does not host that content.

7. Service Availability

Smut2epub depends on source websites, browser behavior, network access, and parser support. We do not guarantee that any source website, URL, chapter, format, or feature will remain available or work without errors.

We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also apply rate limits or block abusive use.

8. "As Is" Service and Limitation of Liability

This service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smut2epub is not liable for claims, damages, losses, copyright disputes, data loss, service interruptions, or other consequences arising from your use or misuse of the service.

You agree to take responsibility for any claims, disputes, or consequences that result from your use of Smut2epub or files created with it.
