How to Add Online Stories to Kobo

Kobo eReaders work well with EPUB, so online stories usually need only one conversion step before you transfer them.

1. Copy the URL of a public story or article you have permission to keep for personal offline reading.
2. Use Smut2epub to download an EPUB.
3. Connect your Kobo to your computer with USB and choose "Connect" on the eReader.
4. Drag the EPUB onto the Kobo drive, eject it safely, then wait for Kobo to import the book.

Kobo also supports non-protected PDF files, but EPUB is usually better for stories because text can reflow when you change font size or margins.
